Setting up
Where do I get a Granola API key? In Granola, open Settings, then Connectors, then API keys. Create one with the Personal notes scope. You need a Business or Enterprise plan. On Enterprise, an admin has to allow API access for members first.
Where do I get an Anthropic API key? At console.anthropic.com. Add a payment method there. Typical use is a few dollars a month.
Granola says my key is invalid. Check the key starts with grn_ and has the Personal notes scope. If your Granola plan changed recently, create a new key.
Using it
Why is nothing showing up? Granola only shares notes after it has finished the summary and transcript. Give a new meeting a few minutes. Marbles checks for new notes every five minutes.
It attached something to the wrong person. Open the marble and press P to reassign it. When a meeting has several people and the transcript does not say who spoke, Marbles sends everything to review rather than guessing.
I don’t want a meeting read at all. Put it in a Granola folder and exclude that folder in Marbles’ Settings. Marbles will never fetch it.
The same person shows up twice. Open Merge & Fix. It lists likely duplicates side by side. Nothing merges until you say so.
